About the Role
The Senior Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents oversees the profitable installation of project work by directing co‑workers and coordinating other trades. This role is responsible for all areas on large projects, including prime contracts, and ensures safety, planning, cost control, and productivity while fostering an SQP culture. It also maintains high‑level client relationships through professional conduct. • Coordinates and executes work • Oversees and directs staff • Promotes client and industry relations • Ensures a safe work environment • Participates in training/certifications

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least ten years of relevant experience. Required experience includes prior roles as a Project Superintendent, line and grade work, foremanship, and deep knowledge of formwork systems; appropriate craft certifications may also be needed.
