About the Role
The Sales Manager – North Region will lead front‑end sales, demand creation and business growth for LV equipment such as switchgear panels, digital solutions, BBT and E‑house across the Northern Region. The role demands strong techno‑commercial acumen, deep customer engagement and the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning and collaboration with end‑users, consultants, EPCs and contractors. • Drive regional sales for LV Switchgear Panels, Digital Solutions and E‑house. • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Identify and build pipeline with potential customers, consultants, EPCs and contractors. • Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle: enquiry, proposal, negotiation, order finalization and payment follow‑up. • Build strong relationships with key accounts to increase penetration. • Interpret customer requirements and craft competitive techno‑commercial proposals. • Prepare accurate tender estimations, costing and techno‑commercial evaluations for LV panels. • Own estimation and costing processes, ensuring approvals before bidding and contract handover. • Coordinate and present solutions to product teams, factory personnel and customers. • Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans. • Manage stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering. • Possess 6–10 years of front‑end sales experience in LV electrical equipment or switchgear. • Demonstrated record in regional sales management, technical selling and project‑based business. • Proficient in CRM, SAP, bFO, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), GeM/E‑Procurement and reporting tools. • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Show high ownership, result‑driven mindset and strong decision‑making ability. • Apply analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving.
