About the Role

The role involves taking ownership of delivering a first‑class customer experience throughout the purchase of a new home, while ensuring sales meet or exceed targets and profit is maximized for the business. The role also requires regular weekend and bank holiday working. • Own the development, presentation and entire purchase process. • Serve as the main point of contact for purchasers and all stakeholders from first contact to completion. • Promote use of company‑recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines. • Meet all administrative and reporting requirements per company policies and timelines. • Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and marketing events to build a sales pipeline. • Prospect target customers, schedule appointments, follow up leads and ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction. • Perform property inspections, introduce customers to their new home and provide after‑care at defined intervals. • Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues and others on site in line with legal and company standards. • Follow company procedures, performance standards and the Sales Manual.
