About the Role
The Planning Manager – Data Center and Commercial Greenfield Projects role is based on‑site in Mumbai within the Project & Development Services line. Leveraging 10–15 years of planning experience, the manager will shape project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive successful real‑estate developments. JLL utilizes artificial intelligence to match candidate profiles with role requirements while maintaining strict data security in line with its privacy notice and global compliance standards. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules for data center and commercial greenfield projects using advanced scheduling tools. • Monitor project progress, track variances, and provide timely updates and strategic insights to stakeholders. • Identify scheduling risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect project timelines. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align schedules and resolve issues. • Facilitate regular planning meetings and workshops to ensure cross‑functional alignment. • Continuously improve planning processes by integrating best practices and innovative methodologies, and produce detailed reports and dashboards.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. • Bring 10–15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically for data centers and commercial greenfield projects. • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
