• Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders. • Communicate across internal teams to ensure efficiency and consistent client delivery. • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. • Verify utilization of effective project governance, processes and systems. • Apply best practice on all projects. • Produce formal project status reports and other required documentation. • Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are correctly applied. • Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate project information flow via regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones. • Manage and monitor local design teams according to commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Offer cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. • Develop excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategic approaches to meet client and business objectives. • Capture key information and lessons learned from each project. • Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and processes. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. • Oversee all phases of electrical construction from pre‑construction through L5 commissioning. • Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and closeout of mission‑critical systems with an emphasis on electrical support. • Ensure alignment with project goals, client expectations, and quality standards. • Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team environment. • Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Report field works status against the General Contractor’s schedule daily and as required by the owner. • Review and provide feedback on the GC contract schedule to mitigate impacts to the critical path. • Provide subject‑matter expertise in electrical systems, including substations, transformers, and power distribution. • Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and industry standards during field walks (QA/QC). • Identify project risks and report mitigation strategies to the General Contractor and owner. • Guarantee that all electrical work meets quality and safety standards. • Manage method‑of‑procedure (MOP) review, feedback and execution. • Maintain and contribute to the site progress photo log and weekly reporting. • Assist in closing out all CX issues identified in the field with project stakeholders.

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Electrical Project Manager – Data Center Construction with field experience to support a high‑profile data centre project. The role oversees the General Contractor’s construction activities and reports schedule status to the project owner. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and experience in large‑scale data centre or mission‑critical electrical contracting environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data centre construction or with an electrical contractor. • Experience with substation and power distribution systems preferred. • Familiarity with MEP design. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools. • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction methodologies. • Proficiency in the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1‑5). • Experience managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals and RFIs. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, P6, CxAlloy, and other construction project management tools.
