About the Role

Specify, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and electronic components following codes, manuals, schematics, and blueprints, using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment. Manage spare‑parts inventory for electrical components supporting the facility and requisition parts, materials, and labor to complete tasks. Schedule maintenance tasks, including time, parts, and materials needed. Lead electrical safety programs such as Electrical Safe Work Practices, ARC Flash, NFPA 70E, and lockout/tagout compliance. Lead or manage special projects as needed, and schedule contingent workers and contractors for specialty assignments, providing direction to ensure facility support. Fabricate replacement parts for test equipment and machinery when required. • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components per codes and schematics. • Manage spare‑parts inventory and requisition necessary materials and labor. • Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, allocating time and resources. • Lead electrical safety programs including ARC Flash, NFPA 70E, and lockout/tagout. • Oversee special projects and direct contingent workers and contractors. • Fabricate replacement parts for test equipment and machinery as needed. • Apply Lean manufacturing tools and preventative maintenance practices.

What You Bring

Basic requirements include at least one year of breaker maintenance and repairs and a minimum of one year of experience in three‑phase power distribution. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, reside within 60 miles of Raleigh, NC, and have no relocation assistance. A certified electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems and devices, an associate’s degree in electronics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance software such as Facility Dude. Experience with Lean manufacturing tools, preventative maintenance programs, and the ability to work extended hours across shifts. Strong problem‑solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with hand tools and maintenance shop equipment. • Minimum 1 year breaker maintenance and repair experience. • At least 1 year experience with three‑phase power distribution. • Certified electrician with an associate’s degree in electronics. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Facility Dude maintenance software. • Ability to work extended hours and multiple shifts. • Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and communication skills. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and reside within 60 mi of Raleigh, NC.
