About the Role

• Monitor daily production activities across multiple value streams and support corrective actions. • Conduct basic quality inspections using standard tools and techniques. • Collect, analyze, and summarize production and quality data; provide observations and improvement recommendations. • Apply Lean methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives as a Lean change agent. • Coordinate and deliver employee training to ensure compliance with procedures and quality requirements. • Manage the timely movement of materials into, within, and out of assigned work areas. • Participate in and help execute operational and continuous improvement projects.

What You Bring

• Required: currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Operations Management, or Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical). • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future (no sponsorship). • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organization. • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and adapt to change with strong work ethic. • Preferred: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; demonstrated leadership experience.

The Operations Internship offers a 12‑week, full‑time experience in the summer of 2026 at our Solon, Ohio facility, where interns support day‑to‑day plant operations within a global manufacturing environment.
