About the Role

• Develop and manage project strategic plans and program initiatives aligned with Owner goals. • Serve as Owner’s Advisor, overseeing all phases of municipal projects. • Direct planning, design, and construction activities and coordinate design‑construction logistics. • Guide clients through design and construction complexities while integrating ownership priorities. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives and resolve issues. • Lead contract negotiations, drafting, and execution. • Control overall project budget and schedule, providing regular status reports to the client and team. • Review and analyze proposals, present findings to the client, and lead the selection of consultants and vendors. • Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate firms, recommend terms, and negotiate optimal business agreements.

What You Bring

• Hold a BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). • Possess 5+ years of construction project management experience on municipal projects. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and technical drawings/specifications. • Exhibit excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. • Ability to interface effectively with all management levels and build cross‑organizational relationships.

Benefits

The position offers a base salary range of $97,400‑$129,866, determined by geography, experience, and client requirements.
