About the Role

• Provide technical and administrative support to the PMO Construction department for large educational facility programs. • Review and process change orders, field orders, and contractual documents for districtwide projects. • Coordinate with PMO staff and College Project Teams to ensure timely review and approval of change orders. • Maintain change order logs, tracking documents, and electronic files; generate meeting minutes. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and track lessons learned. • Assist in coordination meetings with field teams and facilitate conflict resolution. • Read and interpret construction plans and drawings; follow SOPs for change order processing.
