About the Role
The Practice Lead will manage and grow multi‑discipline water and wastewater teams, oversee treatment, pumping, and conveyance projects, and act as a mentor to staff. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 10 years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and a PE license in Arkansas. Required skills include business development, client relationship management, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to mentor staff and deliver projects profitably. • Operate with integrity and open communication with partners and team. • Minimum 10 + years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Arkansas PE licensure. • Proven business development and client‑winning track record. • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical expertise. • Ability to manage, mentor, and allocate resources positively. • Demonstrated record of profitable project delivery.
