About the Role
The position oversees all design management stages, integrates them with delivery functions, and contributes to strategic planning, execution and overall project performance. This ensures that design outcomes align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. • Manage design and build deliverables per FIDIC Yellow Book conditions. • Review and validate architectural design packages, including DVRs, IFC drawings and shop drawings. • Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and authority standards. • Coordinate architectural design with structural and MEP teams for fully integrated project delivery. • Oversee Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approval processes for architectural works. • Resolve design and site‑related technical issues and communicate effectively with contractors, resident engineers and stakeholders.

The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency with industry‑standard architectural software. • Hold professional architectural accreditation with strong construction and consultancy expertise. • Demonstrated delivery experience on mixed‑use projects in the UAE and ability to lead large, diverse teams. • In‑depth knowledge of building safety, contracts, UAE codes and multidisciplinary design coordination. • Proficiency in design review, stakeholder engagement and industry‑standard architectural software. • Prior experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval).
