Weekend Hotel Laundry Attendant

About the Role

• Assist with stripping of dirty linen from the guest rooms as needed • Sort linens for washer • Remove stains from badly soiled linen • Dispose of linen and terry properly • Operate washers and dryers properly while ensuring correct chemicals and amounts are used • Fold linens to hotel standards and keep stock organized in designated places • Wash bed wraps, duvets, mattress pads, and blankets in accordance with hotel standards • Keep laundry area neat and clean • Assist housekeepers in the cleanliness of the hotel room if needed • Assist with cleaning and up‑keeping of storage areas • Report immediately all damage found in laundry room or with equipment • Notify Executive Housekeeper of any damage to roll‑aways or cribs in rooms • Wear a provided uniform and nametag at all times on the property • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance

What You Bring

The position is available as full‑time or part‑time. • Must be able to frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks • Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 pounds without assistance • Must be able to perform repetitive movements when cleaning and folding
