About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation is a critical leadership role that drives Renuity’s ambitious expansion agenda. The incumbent leads end‑to‑end execution of new greenfield market entries and the strategic rollout of new product offerings across existing and new divisions. The role also provides strategic oversight and standardization for all growth implementation efforts, developing and refining playbooks to ensure scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with aggressive growth objectives in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. In the Greenfield Geographic Expansion function, the manager translates strategic decisions into actionable launch plans, handling detailed project management, resource allocation, and timeline management. They oversee the establishment of infrastructure for new operations—including site selection, facility build‑out, initial hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training, and supply‑chain set‑up—and manage end‑to‑end execution from pre‑launch through day‑one activation and the 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up, while being accountable for the initial P&L performance and trajectory. For Product Expansions into established markets, the manager leads the rollout of new products and services across existing divisions and new greenfield markets, coordinating product development, marketing, sales, and operations. They ensure operational readiness by training sales and install teams, updating protocols, preparing suppliers and warehouses, and drive adoption by tracking performance, gathering feedback, and iterating rollout strategies.
