About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator acts as the administrative and operational backbone for the regional HR team, handling high‑volume personnel transactions, maintaining HRIS data integrity, ensuring federal and state compliance, and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. • Ensure Form I‑9 and E‑Verify compliance, perform Section 2 verifications, and monitor expiring work authorizations. • Conduct regular audits of employee files, manage legal request support, and assist special HR initiatives. • Process all HRIS transactions across the employee lifecycle, maintaining rigorous data integrity for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations. • Coordinate onboarding logistics and lead weekly new‑hire orientations. • Maintain regional HR resources such as SharePoint sites, labor‑law posters, and create effective job descriptions. • Manage off‑boarding, delivering state‑specific termination packets and overseeing asset recovery. • Respond to employee inquiries via the HR ticketing system, resolving routine policy, benefits, and payroll questions or escalating as needed. • Meet physical demands such as occasional stooping, lifting up to 50 lb, and frequent use of computers, phones, and electronic devices.

What You Bring
• Possess 2–4 years of corporate HR experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer‑service skills, and ability to work under pressure. • Have functional knowledge of HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday) and FMLA, ADA, FLSA regulations. • Hold a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s in HR preferred); be highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
