About the Role

• Operate vehicle according to WM safety, OSHA, DOT, and all legal requirements. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR documentation. • Report unsafe conditions, service issues, incidents, accidents, or property damage to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Attend required training, briefings, and meetings. • Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency and share best practices. • Communicate customer requests and service interruptions to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Fully dump receptacles, leaving the site clean and free of debris. • Follow assigned routes, complete end‑of‑day documentation, and check‑out processes. • Assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

What You Bring

The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, adhering to Waste Management safety rules, OSHA, DOT, and all applicable laws. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing; accommodations are available as needed.
