About the Role
The successful candidate will create and implement the Digital Solutions strategy, cultivate C‑Level relationships, lead consulting practices, and position AVEVA and cybersecurity offerings as preferred choices. They will also organise industry events, thought‑leadership initiatives and collaborate with sales, marketing and regional teams to ensure seamless account management. • Create and implement the Digital Solutions strategy for Singapore and Brunei • Cultivate relationships with C‑Level leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives • Lead consulting engagements using digital twin, automation and cybersecurity expertise • Organise industry events and thought‑leadership programs to boost market visibility • Coordinate with sales, marketing, domain experts and regional teams for integrated account execution

What You Bring
We look for candidates with more than five years of experience in digital solutions, business development or industrial automation in Singapore, a strong grasp of digital transformation technologies, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field, excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, and a self‑starter attitude are essential. • 5+ years experience in digital solutions, consulting, cybersecurity or industrial automation in Singapore • Deep knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity and data‑driven technologies • Proven ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders • Strong communication, presentation and strategic thinking capabilities • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field • Self‑motivated and able to work independently
