About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside of facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders or collections. Physical requirements include transporting items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the shift, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Transport items up to 35 lb; walk/stand 50 % of shift outdoors • Clean and maintain interior and exterior facility areas
