About the Role
The Senior Technology Systems Consultant will lead design efforts, creating CAD/BIM layouts, performing calculations, and developing specifications and system narratives. Collaboration with senior consultants, architects, MEP engineers, and clients is essential to coordinate cross‑disciplinary designs, conduct field inspections, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. • Design and layout ICT systems using CAD/BIM tools. • Perform engineering calculations with appropriate software. • Develop specifications, system narratives, and layout documentation for various project sizes. • Conduct field inspections to assess existing conditions and coordinate new work. • Assist senior engineers with due‑diligence, feasibility studies, gap analyses, and technical reports. • Define system application, design, and operational parameters under senior guidance. • Participate in and oversee QA/QC processes for own work and that of others. • Support project scheduling, manpower planning, and budget estimation. • Execute construction administration tasks, including RFI processing, change orders, bulletins, and addenda. • Maintain drawing organization standards and company formatting. • Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical discipline, or possess equivalent experience, and bring 7–10 years of design experience in audiovisual, telecom, IT, or security, preferably within healthcare. Required competencies include strong written and verbal communication, knowledge of active network and structured cabling design, basic understanding of LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit. Professional certifications such as P.E., RCDD, CCNA, or PMP are required. • Apply basic knowledge of network connectivity, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). • 7–10 years of design experience in audiovisual, telecom, IT, or security, preferably in healthcare. • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities. • Knowledge of active network systems and structured cabling design. • Basic understanding of Wi‑Fi networks and telephony design concepts, including heat‑map generation. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (preferred). • Professional certifications such as P.E., ICT certifications (PSP, CPP, CTS, CTS‑D, RCDD, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PMP, etc.).
