About the Role
Field Engineers act as the primary link between on‑site crews and customers, delivering technical expertise, overseeing equipment installation, maintenance and start‑up, and ensuring job‑site services exceed expectations. Through the early‑career rotation, engineers collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in job‑shadowing, and contribute innovative ideas that support reliable, high‑quality service for clients. • Coordinate with crew members and liaise with customers and Operations Managers to deploy tools and services. • Provide hands‑on solutions to complex technical problems on site. • Prepare, document, and manage inbound and outbound equipment and products. • Support tender processes through data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing. • Participate in job‑shadowing to gain a holistic business understanding. • Gain visibility with senior leaders and work in diverse teams.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a recent bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, a GPA of at least 3.0, and strong communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities. The internal title for this role is FIELD ENG I – CTS. • Earn a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences or a related field within the past three years. • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. • Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills. • Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities, teamwork, and leadership potential. • Showcase critical‑thinking, numerical, data‑analysis and project‑management skills.
