Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The role requires understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule to achieve certification at each level, and maintaining professional communication with internal customers. The employee will incorporate new procedures into daily work, meet or exceed productivity targets, resolve invoice problems promptly, address quality‑control issues in problem queues, and carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Qualifications: A required B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree is needed. Preferred qualifications include at least six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, and experience with similar processes is advantageous. Candidates with strong communication and analytical abilities may be considered even without prior experience. Physical Requirements: The position involves frequent repetitive motions and coordination of eye, hand, and foot, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing in an office environment.
