About the Role

In this position you will diagnose and repair a wide range of systems, complete service requests promptly, prepare vacant apartments for rent, conduct preventive maintenance, and assist with interior and exterior painting. You will also uphold safety standards, perform hot‑work tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the community. • Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, water features, and waste management. • Complete service requests and repairs per company standards promptly. • Prepare vacant apartments for rent and perform turnkey work. • Conduct preventive maintenance on apartments. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Uphold incident‑free safety culture by following policies and reporting hazards. • Perform hot work (brazing, soldering, welding) following standards. • Participate in monthly on‑call rotation. • Provide customer service to associates and residents. • Read and follow key policies and emergency procedures. • Identify and safely handle cleaning chemicals per SDS.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on an on‑call rotation. Strong communication skills, knowledge of company policies, safe handling of chemicals, proper use of personal protective equipment, and basic understanding of emergency systems are required. • Possess 2‑3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. • Hold a valid driver’s license. • Use personal protective equipment correctly. • Understand emergency system shutoffs and operation sequences. • Know paint types and proper tools.
