About the Role

We hold monthly All‑Hands meetings to surface key company metrics and customer stories, and spotlight a team member’s “Life Story” each month to stay connected globally. Our modern, fully integrated systems reduce friction so engineers spend time solving problems, not fighting tools. Collaboration spans engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver meaningful results quickly. • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and ship features for Sitemate products and their back‑ends. • Build and ship features under senior guidance, writing clean, maintainable code and incorporating peer feedback. • Fix bugs, improve product stability, and investigate and troubleshoot production issues. • Gradually take ownership of components and larger initiatives as you grow in the role. • Navigate technical complexity across shared components, backend services, and web/mobile clients in a fast‑paced environment.
