About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager (UAE National) position is based in Abu Dhabi, supporting a growing team in Dubai. In this role you will help manage and deliver complex infrastructure and urban development projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team shaping the region’s future. Key duties include acting as the central hub for project communications, developing and updating schedules with tools such as MS Project or Primavera, coordinating deliverables to meet quality standards, overseeing project quality management, producing regular progress reports, managing stakeholder expectations, guiding project teams, and supporting procurement activities like RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations. • Serve as the central hub for project communications among all stakeholders. • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera. • Coordinate deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. • Oversee project quality management and generate regular progress reports. • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide guidance to project teams. • Assist in procurement processes, including preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and bid evaluations.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least five years of experience in design delivery for master‑planning or infrastructure projects (fresh graduates are also welcomed). Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office Suite and related engineering software, strong communication skills, and familiarity with industry standards are required.
