About the Role

The role involves site development engineering and project management across various land development projects, including civil design, permitting, and use of software such as hydrology modeling, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. The engineer will also engage in research, coordination, cost estimating, staff management, preparation of bid packages, and technical specifications, receiving on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions. • Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for diverse projects. • Complete site civil design, permitting, and use of hydrology modeling, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. • Design land development sites and prepare related technical specifications. • Conduct research, coordination, cost estimating, staff management, and permitting for land disturbance, including bid package preparation.
