About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing and executing change management plans, maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and documentation, drafting communications and training materials, producing governance and reporting packs, and supporting the continuous improvement of change and PMO toolkits. The analyst will also organise stakeholder meetings, collect and analyse adoption metrics, manage knowledge repositories, and provide day‑to‑day execution support to the Change & PMO Lead on COE priorities.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 2‑4 years of experience in change management, PMO, transformation, consulting, or project coordination, preferably within large matrixed organisations. Exposure to Prosci, APMG or similar frameworks and experience developing reports, dashboards, or project documentation are valued. A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is required, and experience with recognised change firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey, or BCG is a plus.
