About the Role

The consultant will provide technical support and guidance to U.S. and international stakeholders, brief progress, and deliver hands‑on training across varied expertise levels. They will operate both independently and within a larger team to meet established timelines and program goals. • Provide in‑depth technical support for client objectives and operational requirements. • Collaborate with the client on a specialized, high‑visibility program. • Offer SME‑level technical guidance to U.S. and non‑U.S. entities domestically and overseas. • Brief stakeholders at all levels on program progress. • Deliver hands‑on training to personnel with varying expertise. • Work independently and as part of a larger team to meet program goals within established timeframes. • Apply sound judgment and decision‑making to solve problems at the lowest level. • Perform under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

What You Bring

• Travel extensively outside the U.S. for extended periods. • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant technical experience. • Experience working with the Intelligence Community. • Advanced problem‑solving, judgment, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work effectively with U.S. military members and non‑U.S. citizens. • 15+ years of related technical experience. • Background in U.S. Military special forces operations. • Experience managing large‑scale programs with competing requirements and deadlines. • Proven experience as a trainer or training manager developing instructional programs. • Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance.
