About the Role
The APU Products Manager role is a high‑visibility position responsible for the zero‑emissions and idle‑reduction product portfolio for tractor applications within the Carrier Transicold truck‑trailer‑APU organization. The manager oversees all aspects of the APU product line, driving strategy, product introductions, and cross‑functional alignment. • Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term product strategy initiatives • Collaborate with program management and marketing on new product introductions • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets • Engage industry partners for compatibility and provide VOC to business unit leadership • Monitor regulatory environment and ensure product compliance • Benchmark competitive solutions and create comparative analyses • Work with marketing to produce effective sales and promotional materials • Create and deliver customer‑focused messages, campaigns, and presentations • Travel to customer and dealer sites to support sales and product launches • Represent the company in trade media, panels, and trade shows • Support Carrier sales force, field service engineers, and dealer network with applications and sales efforts

What You Bring
