About the Role
The Production Leader will head a dynamic team in a defined manufacturing cell at the state‑of‑the‑art Rolls‑Royce Hydromech facility. The role focuses on optimising production performance, achieving Zero Harm and Zero Defects, and delivering world‑class products to customers. • Lead a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental and wellbeing standards are met • Drive quality and efficiency to achieve Zero Defects and comply with engineering and safety standards • Manage team performance, budgets, productivity, headcount and cost efficiency • Ensure on‑time delivery through capacity planning and workflow management • Develop and empower the team by fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership and digital manufacturing adoption
