About the Role
The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, guests, vendors, and staff, delivering excellent customer service, supporting building operations, monitoring access, and assisting management with administrative and communication tasks to ensure a safe, well‑run community. • Greet residents, owners, guests, and vendors courteously • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and intercom inquiries • Assist residents with building policies, amenities, and services inquiries • Log and track resident requests, complaints, and maintenance issues • Monitor building access points, security systems, and visitor logs • Issue and manage guest passes, parking permits, and amenity reservations • Verify vendor credentials and notify residents or management of arrivals • Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents • Maintain front desk logs, packages, keys, and access fobs • Receive, log, and notify residents of package deliveries • Coordinate with maintenance, security, and management staff • Assist with move‑in/move‑out procedures and documentation • Monitor common areas and report maintenance or cleanliness issues • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and professional

What You Bring
The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to remain diplomatic in adverse circumstances. It is a full‑time position working Thursday through Sunday, 7 am–3 pm, with pay up to $20 DOE. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the East Boca Raton area.
