About the Role
The Senior Manager will lead and elevate culinary and guest service operations across the resort, overseeing all food‑and‑beverage outlets such as on‑mountain dining, base lodge service, special events, and catering. The leader is responsible for delivering a consistent, high‑quality guest experience that aligns with the resort’s brand, values, and business objectives. • Directly oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, coffee shops, quick‑service, and catering events. • Lead, develop, and mentor F&B managers, supervisors, and front‑line staff to ensure high‑performing teams. • Manage annual F&B budgets, forecasts, and P&L, controlling labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial goals. • Identify revenue‑growth opportunities and implement cost‑saving measures across all outlets. • Champion a guest‑first culture by delivering exceptional service, food quality, presentation, and safety. • Respond to guest feedback and operational insights to continuously improve the F&B experience. • Hire, train, schedule, and retain talented staff while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. • Foster accountability, communication, and collaboration across departments. • Partner with resort leadership to align F&B initiatives with brand strategy and guest expectations. • Develop seasonal and event‑based programming to enhance culinary offerings and resort experience. • Build relationships with local vendors to support quality and sustainability initiatives.

This full‑time, year‑round position offers a salary range of $85,000‑$90,000 and reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. The role falls under the Restaurant – Food Service category and requires a minimum of a high school education. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration or related field (preferred). • Minimum 3‑5 years progressive F&B leadership experience in a resort, hotel or high‑volume setting. • Proven track record managing multi‑outlet operations and large teams with strong financial acumen. • Knowledge of food safety regulations, POS systems, and back‑of‑house processes.
