About the Role
In this role you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff, responding quickly to emergencies and ensuring the overall well‑being of the property. Your attention to detail and professionalism will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Quickly respond to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, and threats • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks • Respond to guest calls for key assistance, noise complaints, and lost and found items • Oversee alarm systems and surveillance equipment • Maintain inspection reports and records • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and hazards; prepare detailed reports with photos and statements • Patrol the property for 5–8 hours at a time • Greet and work with guests in a friendly, effective manner • Work various shifts throughout the week

What You Bring
• Use computer skills and strong verbal/written communication to write incident reports • Prior hotel experience (preferred) • Military or law‑enforcement background (preferred) • Current First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) • 1–2 years experience in a customer‑service‑focused security position
