About the Role

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. • Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. • Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets. • Participate in property staff shared renewal commissions. • Participate in paid rotating on‑call schedule. • Be available for emergency events; schedule may change based on business needs.
