The specialist supports internal communications by coordinating dissemination through approved channels, attending project meetings to gather updates, and translating complex technical content into clear messaging for general audiences. Key responsibilities include coordinating project logistics, schedules, deliveries, and scope execution; verifying permits and contractor deliverables; managing issue and inquiry tracking; and assisting with stakeholder engagement and record‑keeping. The role requires collaboration with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Contractors, Terminal Operations, Integrated Operations, Airfield Operations, Public Safety, and the Guest Experience team to align logistics, monitor construction activities, mitigate bottlenecks, and report to global Construction Logistics Management and executive leadership. • Develop and distribute FAQs, fact sheets, presentations, advisories, and construction notices aligned with branding. • Coordinate internal communications to ensure timely information sharing across project teams and stakeholders. • Translate technical construction content into clear, accessible messaging for general audiences. • Manage project logistics, schedules, deliveries, and scope execution; verify permits and contractor documentation. • Track and report public inquiries, complaints, and project concerns, escalating sensitive issues as needed. • Support stakeholder engagement initiatives and maintain organized outreach records. • Collaborate with project, construction, operations, and safety teams to align logistics and mitigate bottlenecks. • Provide regular updates and reports to global Construction Logistics Management and executive leadership.

The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as a Construction Logistics Specialist III in Los Angeles County. This role includes developing and disseminating project‑related communication materials while ensuring consistency with approved messaging and branding standards. Minimum qualifications are ten or more years of experience in public or stakeholder communications for large‑scale infrastructure projects, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, public relations, planning, journalism, marketing, or a related field; professional licensure is preferred. Required skills include excellent written, visual, and verbal communication; proficiency with digital platforms (CMS, email marketing, social media, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite); ability to manage competing priorities; experience engaging diverse communities, government agencies, and media; and familiarity with public project lifecycles. • Require 10+ years of experience in public or stakeholder communications for large infrastructure projects. • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, PR, planning, journalism, marketing, or a related field; licensure preferred. • Demonstrate strong written, visual, and verbal communication and proficiency with CMS, email marketing, social media, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
