About the Role
The incumbent will coordinate and oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations, support strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting, and analyze workflows to propose continuous‑improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring operational KPIs, generating performance reports, liaising across departments to streamline communication, and supervising junior administrative staff. Additional duties involve managing procurement documentation, supplier communications, and vendor follow‑up; organizing meetings, drafting agendas, recording minutes and tracking action points; assisting with audits, compliance checks, and enforcement of corporate policies; and supporting onboarding, training logistics, HR administrative tasks, risk‑management initiatives, and special projects assigned by management. The role also requires coordination with team leaders and project managers to log and follow up NCRs, update the organization’s competency matrix, handle employee travel and hotel requests, and support training activities. What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering (preferred) and 5‑8+ years of experience in technical sales with knowledge of Grid Automation (automation and communication) portfolios; field experience in Grid Automation systems is an advantage. The ideal applicant is a self‑motivated, reliable team player with strong communication, collaborative skills, the ability to work independently, and fluency in spoken and written English. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering (preferred). • Possess 5‑8+ years of technical sales experience with Grid Automation (automation & communication) knowledge; field work experience is a plus. • Demonstrate strong communication, collaborative, independent, result‑oriented work style and fluency in spoken and written English.
