About the Role
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, engaging with customers and overseeing daily storage operations. • Work between 9:30 am and 6 pm on weekdays and until 5 pm on weekends. • Assess customers’ storage needs and recommend appropriate unit sizes and packing supplies. • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and handle payment collections with reminder calls. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50 % of shift walking outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. • Perform sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds free of debris. • Obtain mileage reimbursement for travel between properties and other work‑related tasks.
