Janitorial Supervisor, Full Time 3rd Shift

About the Role

The Janitorial Supervisor works the third shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, and reports to the Senior Operation Manager while receiving direction from the Account Manager or Account Director. This role oversees employees and activities in assigned buildings, ensuring all services meet contractual and customer specifications. Key duties include coordinating cleaning and snow‑removal services, managing work schedules, preparing weekly payroll timesheets, and establishing performance standards. The supervisor conducts quality‑assurance checks, manages inventory and equipment usage, resolves on‑site service issues, and participates in safety and technical training programs. • Supervise and evaluate shift personnel across assigned buildings • Coordinate and ensure delivery of contracted cleaning and snow removal services • Manage work schedules, prepare weekly payroll timesheets, and control budget • Establish performance standards and conduct quality assurance inspections • Oversee inventory, equipment usage, and key controls • Resolve on-site service delivery issues promptly • Lead employee orientation, safety training, and skill development programs • Set up conference rooms and handle internal moves as needed • Maintain effective customer relationships and address client concerns • Enforce company policies and compliance with state and federal regulations

What You Bring

Candidates must have one to three years of supervisory experience, up‑to‑date knowledge of cleaning practices, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
