About the Role

The recruiter will identify, attract, and hire skilled‑trade talent such as electricians, journeymen, foremen, project engineers, and project managers. Collaboration with hiring managers and the Human Resources Manager ensures alignment with organizational goals, while the recruiter also handles internal system creation, document management, and new‑hire onboarding. Core duties include developing and maintaining recruiting policies, SOPs, and internal processes; leading orientation and training for recruiting staff; generating and analyzing recruiting metrics to drive improvements; managing job advertising on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, including content and graphic creation; and building pipelines through partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, high‑school programs, and military re‑entry initiatives. The role also oversees onboarding logistics (PPE, IT equipment, Paycom, OSHA training), office inventory, facility upkeep, vendor relations, and employee celebration coordination. • Source, screen, interview, and hire skilled‑trade professionals including electricians, foremen, and project managers. • Develop, update, and maintain recruiting policies, SOPs, and internal systems. • Lead orientation and ongoing training for recruiting team members. • Generate and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements. • Manage job advertising campaigns on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms, creating graphics and content. • Establish partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, high‑school shop programs, and military re‑entry initiatives to build talent pipelines. • Coordinate onboarding logistics such as PPE, IT equipment, Paycom modules, OSHA and driver‑safety training. • Oversee office inventory, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and employee celebration programs.
