About the Role

The Senior Civil Construction Inspector role supports these efforts by overseeing civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines. The position requires field leadership, collaboration with project managers, and rigorous quality documentation to ensure construction aligns with drawings and specifications. • Conduct and document site observations of civil construction projects (roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, pipelines). • Mentor and supervise junior field staff. • Collaborate with field representatives and project managers. • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies. • Serve as the senior inspector on projects as needed.
