About the Role
Downer’s Energy & Utilities team is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join the maintenance crew at Eraring Power Station, Lake Macquarie, NSW. In this role you will maintain fixed‑plant equipment, ensuring all tasks are performed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard while collaborating with a supportive team that prioritises safety.

What You Bring
• Trade‑qualified Mechanical Fitter with experience in heavy industry or power‑station environments. • Strong commitment to safety and the wellbeing of self and colleagues. • Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and equipment. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player. • Holds full Australian working rights, White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (valid within 3 years) and willing to complete a pre‑employment medical.
