About the Role
• Develop a thorough understanding of client needs. • Become an expert in CoStar’s information and marketing solutions, including LoopNet. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training and renewal. • Conduct high‑level in‑person product demonstrations for clients and prospects. • Provide market insights to surveyors, owners, investors, lenders, local authorities and service providers. • Represent CoStar at industry events and network with property professionals.

What You Bring
The Account Manager role in London offers a high level of integrity and the chance to manage, nurture and grow an existing client base. The position allows an entrepreneurial approach to selling, training and retaining clients, while representing CoStar’s critical information and marketing solutions such as LoopNet, the UK’s leading online commercial property marketplace. • Demonstrated track record of sales success, preferably in commercial property services, technology, fintech or analytics. • Proven ability to maintain and grow medium‑ to long‑term client relationships (sales cycles 3‑12+ months). • Outstanding communication, presentation and objection‑handling skills. • Excellent organisational abilities and a metric‑driven work style. • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience. • Consultative selling style with strong account‑management techniques. • Skilled at navigating large organisations to identify decision‑makers, influencers and blockers.
