About the Role

The CAD Operator will create subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D. They will research boundary and easement titles, analyze data from field crews, and prepare legal descriptions and exhibits. Coordination with the team ensures schedules are met and quality standards are upheld, while adhering to Kimley‑Horn’s procedures. • Produce detailed subdivision, ALTA, and topographic maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Research and analyze boundary and easement title documents. • Create surveys from field crew data, sketches, photos, and reference maps. • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right‑of‑way, easements, and acquisition parcels. • Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control. • Provide a 2‑to‑1 company match on up to 4% of eligible compensation plus profit‑sharing.
