About the Role
The role works closely with project managers and site engineers to embed safety practices throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and company policies. • Oversee safety and EHS compliance for IBMS projects (CCTV, CFS, ACS) • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments and site inspections • Develop, implement and monitor safety protocols and EHS procedures for project teams and contractors • Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions • Deliver safety and EHS training to staff involved in IBMS execution • Ensure work adheres to applicable safety regulations, codes and company policies • Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to integrate safety into daily operations

What You Bring
This contractual, payroll‑based position based in Mumbai focuses on safety and EHS for Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) projects, with immediate joining preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering (Safety, Electrical, Electronics or related) • Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety/EHS roles within IBMS environments • Strong knowledge of safety standards, EHS guidelines and regulatory compliance for infrastructure/building management projects • Experience implementing and managing safety processes for technology systems on site • Excellent analytical, reporting, communication and coordination skills • Preferred certification in industrial safety/EHS
