About the Role
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Customer Logistics Senior Specialist to help deliver better care for billions of people worldwide. The role focuses on optimizing replenishment and maximizing instocks for Walmart by analyzing forecasts, inventory, and supply plans while collaborating with internal and external partners. You will work closely with Walmart’s replenishment manager and various K‑C teams—including sales, supply/demand planning, and finance—to ensure best‑in‑class execution of replenishment strategies and promotional events. • Lead development of accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans by SKU/week for 0‑6 months. • Facilitate weekly Demand Review Meetings with Sales, Finance, Sales Planning, and Walmart stakeholders. • Own and manage forecast and inventory policy recommendations in Walmart’s CPFR site. • Coordinate cross‑functional promotional events and Walmart modular relays. • Utilize top‑down forecasting, POS vs. ship analysis, and consumer take‑away to identify forecast bias. • Drive improvements to volume forecasting processes and demand forecasting tools. • Perform thorough analysis to uncover volume opportunities with Marketing, Planning, and Sales teams. • Develop forecasting expertise using internal IBP/TPM forecasts, Walmart GRS, and Supply Plan systems. • Maintain effectiveness across varied environments, setting priorities and identifying solutions. • Prioritize issues, formulate action plans, and manage change across teams.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and brings at least five years of experience in supply chain, finance, or customer development, with strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. LEAN thinking and experience with Walmart systems (Retail Link, Scintilla) are preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years experience in supply chain, finance, or customer development with forecasting, replenishment, planning, or advanced analytics. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong oral and written communication, analysis, influence, and collaboration skills. • Proven prioritization, time management, cross‑functional collaboration, change management, project and team management abilities. • Demonstrated LEAN thinking and capability. • Preferred: knowledge of Kimberly‑Clark supply chain interactions and experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club replenishment systems (Retail Link, Scintilla). • Preferred: experience delivering accurate business forecasts, quantitative analyses, and supply‑demand planning. • Preferred: strong working relationships with customers.
