About the Role
The heavy‑equipment operator will run machinery safely and efficiently, conduct routine maintenance and inspections, and load or unload materials as required. The role also demands strict adherence to safety protocols and close collaboration with team members to meet project deadlines. What You Bring
Candidates must have proven experience operating heavy equipment, a solid understanding of safety regulations, and the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance. Strong communication, teamwork skills, high physical fitness and stamina are also required. Employment is contingent upon a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check; some positions may require FMCSA‑regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment • Strong knowledge of safety regulations • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to conduct routine equipment maintenance • High physical fitness and stamina
