About the Role
Provide strategic oversight for the design, implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for waste‑management infrastructure across the US, supporting the field organization. Oversee design and permitting, including site selection, feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments, while managing timelines, budgets and resources. Lead cross‑functional teams—engineering, regulatory, government affairs and construction—to coordinate activities and maintain alignment with project goals. Maintain interfaces with regulatory agencies and external consultants, support acquisitions, develop and present reports to leadership, provide technical expertise, maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You Bring
A minimum of ten years of experience leading infrastructure projects from concept to completion is required, along with a proven track record of success. Experience includes leading internal and external teams to secure environmental permits for waste facilities such as wastewater treatment plants, injection wells, and other RCRA subtitle C facilities. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes and hazardous‑waste standards, as well as excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, experience in capital planning, estimating and modeling, and background in regulated industries are essential. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus, and the role requires 30‑40% travel.
