About the Role
The District Sales Manager role is remote within an assigned sales territory and focuses on outside sales. The DSM leverages pre‑engineered metal building expertise, professional communication, and consultative selling to meet annual growth targets while developing strategic relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them effectively through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in CRM according to company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high‑level strategic relationships with existing customers.

What You Bring
