About the Role
Senior Brand Designers are needed in Seattle, Washington to work full‑time on the conceptualization and design of brand identity, environmental, and digital projects. They will receive guidance and support from the Design Director, Design Managers, Studio Director, and fellow designers. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to craft visual identities, branded environments, printed collateral, digital communications, signage, and wayfinding for multiple clients simultaneously. Designers will integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, and typography into built environments using two‑dimensional and three‑dimensional visualization tools. Designers will analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and establish design criteria and KPIs that guide projects from conception through completion. This includes conducting demographic and market analysis, developing use cases to drive brand positioning, and creating presentation materials for client meetings. The position creates industry‑leading, award‑winning branded environments across sectors such as tech workplaces, life sciences, hospitality, food and beverage, residential, aviation, and sports. Designers also research sustainable building materials and methods that protect people and the planet. • Conceptualize and design brand identity, environmental, and digital projects from start to finish. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce visual identities, branded environments, collateral, digital communications, signage, and wayfinding. • Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, and typography using 2D and 3D visualization tools. • Conduct demographic and market analysis to inform brand positioning and establish project KPIs. • Create presentation materials to illustrate design concepts for client meetings. • Research and apply sustainable building materials and methods.

What You Bring
Candidates must have either a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field plus one year of relevant design experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus five years of progressive experience. Required competencies include architectural documentation, brand strategy, qualitative and quantitative research, advanced digital visualization tools, front‑end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and knowledge of signage materials, production methods, and building codes. • Hold a Master’s (or equivalent) in a design‑related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s plus 5 years covering required competencies. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, V‑Ray, CAD tools, and front‑end coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledgeable about signage production, material finishes, and building codes.

Benefits
The base salary ranges from $106,558 to $115,000, commensurate with experience, and includes eligibility for bonuses and standard benefits. Incidental telecommuting may be available. • Salary range $106,558–$115,000 with bonuses, standard benefits, and occasional telecommuting.
