About the Role

• Serve as Manager on Duty during evening hours, ensuring front desk coverage • Report daily maintenance needs to Engineering • Assist leadership with performance management, counseling, scheduling, training, brand compliance, and recognition • Inspect all VIP rooms before arrival and greet/escort VIP guests • Conduct property walks with the General Manager or Director of Front Office • Coordinate maintenance weeks with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office • Perform daily inventory and inspections of public areas, coordinating corrective actions • Ensure vacant rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy during potential sell‑outs • Prioritize outside contractor visits • Carry out reasonable requests from management within capability • Allocate 80% of time to front‑desk duties and 20% to managerial administration

What You Bring

• High School Diploma • Minimum 3+ years hotel management experience • At least 2 years night audit experience • Strong interpersonal and time‑management skills • Preferred: 3‑5 years experience as Front Office Manager • Preferred: 4+ years hotel management experience • Preferred: Experience with voice system
