About the Role

The role manages and leads projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, start‑up, testing, operations and close‑out. It supports business development with technical and pricing strategies, prepares proposals, and communicates with customers. The manager supervises budgets, schedules, performance, ensures work meets specifications, resolves issues, and oversees final turnover. Provides leadership to build a high‑performance team and ensures delivery within contract, quality, safety and performance expectations. • Develop and execute project execution, estimating, proposal and contract plans; lead prime contract negotiations. • Define organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and Division of Responsibility for safe, on‑budget, on‑schedule delivery. • Establish detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, Project Execution Plan and Contract Management Plan; conduct constructability reviews. • Monitor contractual commitments, implement change management control system, and document all customer communications. • Lead project performance tracking, early‑warning systems and corrective actions through Project Control systems. • Ensure quality, environmental, health and safety compliance, and oversee EH&S program for office and field. • Manage document control, records management and final turnover documentation to the client. • Approve major purchase orders, contracts and subcontract changes within delegated authority. • Prepare and present Project Status Reports; monitor cash flow and control non‑reimbursable costs. • Mentor and train new project managers and staff; promote continuous improvement and total installed cost management. • Conduct regular project and customer meetings, develop communication plans, and obtain final customer acceptance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering or Construction (or 5 years experience); minimum 5 years PM experience on commercial/industrial projects with electrical scope and data‑center exposure. • Proficiency in Project Controls (Procore), financial tools (PSR, Sage), Primavera P6 or MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite. • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish; ability to travel nationwide.
