About the Role

The Junior Installer/Technician role offers a dynamic, multi‑functional environment where you will support customers and the team across various service and installation tasks. • Repair and maintain HVAC equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Ensure safe operation of gas appliances and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance. • Perform service, water‑heater installation, and assistance tasks in the field or warehouse as assigned. • Build positive relationships with customers and promote additional company products and services. • Provide tools, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing skills training for the job. • Maintain a predictable, stable work schedule. • Offer performance‑based perks such as the President’s Club tropical trip for high‑performing members. • Be punctual, dependable, and maintain the company vehicle in a clean and safe condition.

What You Bring

We seek motivated individuals with the necessary certifications, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding, customer‑focused setting. • Communicate effectively and solve problems to achieve customer satisfaction. • Require minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent and Gas Technician 3 certification (G2 preferred). • Require a valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card and a Class G driver’s license. • Ability to work rotating shifts, standby duties, and lift up to 15 kg with frequent bending, squatting, or kneeling. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills. • Prior HVAC experience or knowledge of heating, cooling, and boiler trades is preferred.
